reasonable experience

lovely stafflarge roomlarge bathroomrunning waterboiler roomnoise problem
the reception staff were lovely. i noticed the hotel is large. it has a building on the other side of the road too! i had a large double room. the bathroom was also large.
the room i booked was lovely though there was no running water. after a day travelling it wasn't what i needed. i changed rooms and the same problem occurred again so i swapped again and ended up next to the boiler room though it was too noisy.

underwhelming stay. issues with room service and noise

loud partyignored room service
i was told there would be no more loud parties during the week, but another one happened anyway. that was frustrating after i specifically checked. also, my room service sign was ignored. i put it out, and when i returned after a long day, the room hadn't been serviced. it took three phone calls and an hour to get fresh towels. wtf.
